Teriyaki Chicken Recipe


This is a great teriyaki chicken recipe with carrots, broccoli, and green beans.


Ingredients:

3 Chicken Breasts, split

1/3 Cup Onion, chopped

1 Garlic Clove, crushed

1/3 Cup Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp. Salad Oil

2 Tbsp. White Cooking Wine

1 Tbsp. Honey

1 Tbsp. Butter

1 Tbsp. Salad Oil

1 Cup Onion, sliced

2 Cup Carrots, sliced

2 Cup Green Beans

2 Cup Broccoli

2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp. Salt

Dash Pepper

2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped


Directions:

In a bowl, mix together the onion, garlic, soy sauce, oil, wine, and honey.  In a shallow baking dish, lay the chicken out and pour the sauce over.  Let it marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  Make sure to turn the chicken several times.


Grill the chicken, while brushing the extra sauce on. 


In a wok, heat the butter and oil, and add the onion and carrot, stir frying for 3 to 4 minutes.  Stir in the rest of the vegetables, the lemon juice, salt, and pepper and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.


Move the vegetables to a platter, and arrange the chicken on top.

Broil or grill while brushing with sauce until tender. Cook stir-fry vegetables and place on platter. Arrange chicken breasts over top.  And sprinkle the parsley over the top.
