Garlic Rotisserie Chicken Recipe
This tasty recipe will make the chicken melt in your mouth.
Ingredients:
3 lb. Whole Chicken
1 tsp. Salt
10 Garlic Cloves, peeled
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Hungarian Paprika
2 tsp. Salt
Directions:
Clean the chicken, and sprinkle in the inside with 1 tsp. of salt. Peel the garlic cloves, and place them inside the chicken. Truss the chicken with skewers, and tie the legs together with string.
Melt the butter and stir in the lemon juice, paprika, and salt. Brush this mixture onto the chicken.
Place the chicken in the rotisserie, with a pan positioned underneath. Cook for 1 hour, basting often with the butter mixture.
