Cream of Mushroom Chicken Recipe
My grandmother gave this recipe to me. It’s best served with rice.
Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 small Can Condensed Milk
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Parsley
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix the milk and can of soup.
Mix the paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper, and sprinkle half over the chicken, and let it sit for 10 minutes, in a baking dish.
Add the other half of the spice mixture into the soup mixture. After the 10 minutes, pour the soup mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle with parsley, and bake in the oven for 1 hour, at 350 degrees F.
