Chicken Parmesan Recipe
This is one of the best Italian dishes out there. So good.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Chicken, skinless & boneless
1 Stick Unsalted Butter, melted
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 Cup Dried Breadcrumbs
1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
Large Pinch Italian Seasoning
1/8 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Directions:
Combine the butter and garlic, in a bowl. Mix together the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
Dip the chicken into the garlic butter, and then roll in the crumb mixture, coating thoroughly.
In a 9x13” baking dish, place the chicken without the pieces touching each other. Drizzle the rest of the garlic butter and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
