Chicken Casserole with Cheese and Rice


This one dish meal is a great family dinner that everyone will love.


Ingredients:

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cream of Chicken Soup

3/4 Cup Long-Grain White Rice, uncooked

1 1/3 Cups Water

2 Cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables

1/2 tsp. Onion Powder

1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

4 Chicken Breasts Halves, skinless & boneless

1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.


Directions:

In a 11x8” baking dish, mix together the soup, rice, water, vegetables, onion powder, and pepper.


Bake for 50 minutes, and top with the shredded cheese.


Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
